In weeks 1 – 4 we will only focus on Low Volume and Maximal Intensity.
This will help us compact the body, build strength and Density and add some serious muscle.
Our goal here is to drop between 2 – 4% Body Fat & add 15 – 20kg to each lift.
In weeks 5 – 8 we now shift our focus on more Volume, more load, more reps, more exercises while keeping the Intensity going.
This phase will get us bigger, stronger and more defined
Our goal here is to drop another 2 - 3% Body Fat
In weeks 9 - 12 we increase our total Volume again, more lesser loads with more reps, more exercises while keeping the Intensity going and even shorter rest periods.
The final phase will get us to drop body fat rapidly, while maintaining and increasing lean muscle.
